Rescheduling

  • If something comes up and you need to reschedule an appointment you booked through the online booking option, you can do this online up to 1 day (24 hours) before your appointment.
You will find the link to reschedule the appointment in the confirmation email you received.



  • Please contact me by email as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment and it is less than 24 hours until your Consultation (online rescheduling is not available) to reschedule your Consultation.



  • Any appointment booked directly with me through email cannot be rescheduled through an automated system. Please contact me directly through email as soon as possible.

  • Under some circumstances a reschedule will be made for missed appointments: You must contact me by email within 24 hours of your missed appointment. Exceptions will be made for exceptional circumstances.

Refunds

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation are not eligible for refund due to the preparation work I do before our meeting.

  • You must contact me in writing by email at least 1 day before our scheduled consultation if you would like to request a refund.

  • There are no refunds for no shows or missed appointments.

  • There are no refunds for completed consulting services.

  • For a partial refund of a package, the regular service price will be charged for completed services in the package, not the special package rate, and this will be reflected in your refund amount.

  • Unused portions of a package may not be eligible for refund (e.g. missed appointments, package pricing for programs). Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and/or according to the sales disclaimer notice at checkout.

Process

I have put these terms in writing so we can be prepared and informed on the process in case of unexpected events that could interrupt you receiving your Astrology Consultation with me. If I become unavailable to perform your Consultation, I will notify you with as much advance notice as possible. It would be for an emergency only, and me or my representative would be in touch at the earliest possible time.

 

The work I do as a Professional Astrologer brings me joy, and it is also my income source. I try to be reasonable and fair in life, and I strive to respect your time and ask that you do the same for me. Things happen sometimes outside of our control and I want to be transparent with what you can expect and what to do if there is a need to cancel or reschedule.
