Leo Sign Ritual: The Standing Ovation
Many accomplished people are quick to deflect praise and even quicker to move on to the next thing without acknowledging what they just finished. Over time, that habit can drain the joy out of your work. This ritual takes five minutes and helps you practice receiving appreciation and celebrating success in the present moment, rather than pushing it off to someday.
Step 1: Take the Stage
Find a private space where you can stand and speak out loud. Take two or three slow breaths to settle in.
Step 2: Recognize Your Successes
