Cancer Meaning in Astrology: When we talk about an astrology sign, it can be tempting to focus on the sign itself. But a sign describes how a planet carries out its role. To understand Cancer, look at the planet expressing it.
The Sun travels through Cancer between June 20 or 21 and July 22 or 23 each year. You may be wondering why it isn't an exact date. Cancer Sign Ritual: 30 Second Water Release
Being busy doesn't mean skipping your New Moon ritual this month. If you don't have time to sit down and set intentions, you can still work with the Cancer New Moon in the few seconds it takes to wash your hands.

Step 1: Find a faucet.
You can do this ritual practically anywhere there is a kitchen, bathroom, or sink with running water. Plus, it’s easy to do this at work, the gym, home, or even at a department store.
Step 2: What needs to be washed away?
What is past its expiration date? What is it time to let go of? It could be a grudge, an old hurt, or a worry you keep replaying.

Turn on the water and place your hands in it. As it runs over your skin, picture whatever you decided needs to be washed away going down the drain with the water. Imagine it fading into nothing, carried away and purified.
Step 4: Refreshing Refill
Use your instinctive memory of how joy feels, and imagine the water filling you up with it. It could be the warmth of a favorite memory, the comfort of home, or the feeling of being completely loved. Imagine that feeling in every cell of your body. You may get goose bumps or a tingly feeling when you do this.
Step 5: Dry and Smile
Dry your hands and smile as you do it. Smiling alone can lift a mood. Smile to lock in the joy that you are feeling and carry it with you the rest of the day.
